One of my favorite recipes to make on the weekends is Ina Garten’s lemon yogurt cake and this time I made a lemon-rose icing to go over the top. For the icing, I mixed two tablespoons of lemon juice to 1 cup of confectioners sugar. I splashed just 2-3 drops of rose water and mixed the icing together. Pour this over the cooled lemon yogurt loaf and top with dried edible rose petals and you’ve got yourself one delicious cake! Delicious any time…. especially at breakfast 🙂
